Nettle Root Tincture from the Zlatibor Mountains

Nettle root has its own place in herbal medicine, different from the familiar nettle leaf. It is traditionally used to support prostate health, hormonal balance and overall vitality, above all in men.

• Prostate – traditionally used to support normal prostate function, and studied in connection with an enlarged prostate.
• Hormonal balance and vitality – traditionally used to support stamina and well-being in men.
• Urinary tract – a natural diuretic, traditionally used to support urinary flow and the kidneys.

Every step is done by hand, from digging the roots to the finished tincture, so the full spectrum of the plant is preserved in every bottle. The plants grow wild in the Zlatibor Mountains, far from industry and traffic, in clean soil never treated with pesticides or synthetic fertilizers.

How to Use Nettle Root Tincture

Take 20 to 30 drops diluted in water, 2 to 3 times a day, best before meals. Use for 3 weeks, then take a 1-week break.

Precautions: Not for pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you take blood pressure or diabetes medication, or have a kidney condition, consult a healthcare provider first. Nettle root may interact with diuretics, blood thinners and medication for blood pressure or diabetes. Do not combine with other strong diuretics, and keep a diet rich in electrolytes. Some people may experience mild stomach discomfort or an allergic reaction.
